Lock Washers
MB | W Series
Lock washers prevent locknuts from loosening during operation by mechanically securing the nut in position. Used with shaft locknuts, they preserve the axial position established by the locknut in rotating assemblies exposed to vibration or shock loading.
Outer locking tabs bend into nut slots to resist loosening under vibration or rotation.
Inner tab engages the shaft keyway to prevent washer rotation.
Formable material allows secure tab bending without cracking or shear failure.
MB and W series align with standard AN, KM, and N locknut sizes.
