Cylindrical roller bearings provide high radial load capacity at moderate to high speeds, but aren’t meant for thrust loads. Some styles allow axial displacement to help manage thermal expansion and shaft movement. Available in both separable and non-separable configurations, they’re easy to install and commonly used in electric motors, gearboxes, textile machinery, rolling mills, and other applications where radial precision and thermal stability are critical.
